We want our customers to feel cared for. We want your every experience with us to be warm, friendly and personal. We don't use a call center and we don't have a complicated automated menu to wade through when you call. Our customer staff is here for you.
Beth works from home amid the craziness of family life, which means sometimes she can't get to the phone right away. She schedules time to be available during the hours below, but even then, stuff happens. If your call goes to voicemail, it may be because they are on the phone with another customer. Or unclogging a toilet. Or playing with a grandchild. Please leave a message. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
We try to return all emails within 24 hours. Usually it's much quicker than that. But on weekends and holidays, it may be a little longer. It can get crazy as the start of school approaches, too. Please be patient. We really do care, and as soon as we can, we'll do what we can to solve your problems and answer your questions.
